2026 Funding
As of October 2026, financial aid for the installation of charging stations for individuals focuses exclusively on the Advenir programme, dedicated to residents in collective housing (apartment blocks). The national tax credit for individuals has been abolished for all expenses incurred since 1 January 2026.
The Advenir programme offers significant subsidies for owners, tenants, or occupants living free of charge in co-owned properties or collective buildings. Since 1 April 2026, new scales have been in force to better cover costs, particularly for outdoor car park installations. These grants finance both individual charging points and shared solutions or the building's collective infrastructure.

Possible combination: The Advenir programme complements public initiatives supporting electric mobility, although the national tax credit is no longer available for new projects in 2026.

Points to watch

  • The tax credit for installing charging stations is abolished for all expenses paid from 1 January 2026.
  • Advenir programme grants for individuals do not apply to detached houses.
  • Advenir grant amounts are expressed excluding VAT (HT).
  • To benefit from the new 2026 Advenir scales, the date the quote or General Meeting minutes were signed must be after 1 April 2026.
